Depending on the service used, E-Girls may collect:

• for contact requests: name, email address and message content;
• for membership: first name, last name, date of birth, address, city, country, email, phone number, membership type, signature place and date, name used as a signature and evidence that commitments were accepted;
• for donations: first name, last name, email address, optional phone number and message, donation amount, language and preference concerning public acknowledgements;
• for payment: payment-link reference, payment status, amount and confirmation date;
• technical information strictly necessary for service security and operation, including providers’ technical logs.

Fields marked as required are necessary to process the request. E-Girls does not receive or store card details entered on the payment page.

• Reply to messages on the basis of the association’s legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
• Record, review and manage a membership application on the basis of steps taken at the applicant’s request and the resulting association relationship.
• Manage the membership fee, confirm payment and complete administrative and accounting follow-up on the basis of the membership relationship and applicable legal obligations.
• Record and manage donations, confirm payment and complete administrative and accounting follow-up on the basis of the donor’s request, the association’s legitimate interest in managing its support and applicable legal obligations.
• Keep evidence that the articles of association, internal rules and membership terms were accepted on the basis of the association’s legitimate interest in securing its processes.
• Prevent abuse, spam and unauthorised access on the basis of E-Girls’ legitimate interest in securing its website and data.

Data is accessible only to E-Girls members authorised to manage applications and to the necessary technical providers:

• Vercel, for website hosting;
• Supabase, for the database and server functions;
• Resend, for sending emails;
• Qonto and its payment provider, for secure collection of membership fees and donations.

Data is neither sold nor rented to third parties.

After a membership or donation form has been saved, E-Girls may send a Qonto payment link separately by email for the relevant amount. The payment page is operated by the relevant provider. Its own privacy information and terms apply when you leave the E-Girls website to make the payment.

Some providers may process data from countries outside the European Economic Area. Where necessary, transfers are governed by mechanisms provided by law, including adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

• contact messages are kept for the time required to process them and then for no more than twelve months after the last exchange, unless there is a specific need;
• an abandoned, rejected or unpaid membership application is kept for twelve months unless a dispute or specific obligation applies;
• an unpaid or abandoned donation record is kept for twelve months, while completed donation and accounting information is retained for the applicable statutory periods;
• member data is kept for the duration of membership and then for the time necessary to manage evidence, possible disputes and legal obligations;
• accounting records and information are kept for the applicable statutory periods;
• technical logs are kept for a limited period related to security.

Depending on your situation, you may request:

• access to your personal data;
• rectification or deletion;
• restriction of processing;
• to object to certain processing;
• data portability where this right applies.

You may also lodge a complaint with the French data-protection authority, the CNIL.
