Membership terms

These terms apply to E-Girls membership applications. The articles of association and internal rules remain the authoritative documents and take precedence in the event of a conflict.

Purpose of membership

Membership supports the purpose of E-Girls and allows members to take part in the life of the association, its activities, workshops and events, subject to availability and the rules applicable to each initiative.

Who may apply

Anyone meeting the conditions set out in the articles of association, sharing the association’s values and agreeing to comply with its rules may submit an application.

For a minor, permission from a legal representative may be requested before final approval of membership or participation in certain activities.

Online application

The application may be submitted from the Join us page. Required information is used to identify the applicant, manage the application, communicate with them and track the membership fee.

  • the information provided must be accurate and up to date;
  • the application must indicate whether it is a new membership or renewal;
  • the commitments shown in the form must be accepted;
  • submitting the form alone does not constitute final approval of membership.

€10 membership fee

The membership fee is currently set at €10. Once the application has been saved, a secure Qonto payment link is displayed and may also be sent by email.

The association does not receive card details. Payment is completed on the payment provider’s secure interface. There is no automatic renewal: a new application is required to renew membership.

Membership approval

Unless the articles of association provide otherwise, membership becomes effective after the application has been reviewed, accepted by the competent body of the association and the membership fee has been confirmed.

The association may request additional information or reject an application under the conditions set out in its articles of association. If an application is rejected after payment, the situation is handled according to the association’s rules and applicable law.

Activities and additional contributions

Members may access activities open to their membership category. E-Girls aims to offer the most accessible prices possible. Some activities may nevertheless require an additional contribution to cover equipment, the venue, transport or facilitators.

The price and cancellation conditions are provided before registration.

Member commitments

  • comply with the articles of association, internal rules and decisions of the association;
  • behave respectfully, kindly and without discrimination;
  • respect people, premises, equipment and safety instructions;
  • not use the E-Girls name, logo or resources without permission;
  • report any situation contrary to the association’s values or rules.

Resignation, non-renewal and exclusion

Membership may end through resignation, non-renewal, death or exclusion in accordance with the articles of association and internal rules. Exclusion may only be decided under the procedure and safeguards set out in the association’s documents.

Personal data

The collected data is used to manage the application, membership, fee and association communications. Full details are available in the privacy policy.
